Our firm has locations outside of the Chicago Loop in the Bucktown Chicago neighborhood as well in Michiana region (LaPorte Indiana). We are a small to medium size architectural firm and this job role requires a wide range of activities from day-to-day bookkeeping and purchasing, greeting clients, and walking our golden doodle. The role is not monotonous and requires a high degree of multitasking. While some repetitive tasks are predefined, others will require good judgement. Our firm using a high degree of current technology and applications, including Microsoft Teams, Planner, Sharepoint, Office365, Insightly, Bluebeam, Yammer, Feildlens, Procore, and other current apps. Describe your experience with these paperless technologies and communication tools:

Using Quickbooks (desktop) on a daily basis for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting is a critical requirement for this role. Describe your experience in using Quickbooks desktop for all of those aspects:
