Our firm has locations in the Bucktown Chicago neighborhood as well in Michiana region (La Porte, Indiana). This role will be in the La Porte, Indiana location. We are a small to medium size architectural firm and this job role requires a wide range of activities from day-to-day bookkeeping and purchasing, greeting clients, and walking our golden doodle. The role is not monotonous and requires a high degree of multitasking. While some repetitive tasks are predefined, others will require good judgement. Our firm using a high degree of current technology and applications, including Microsoft Teams, Planner, Sharepoint, Office365, Bluebeam, Procore, and other current apps. Describe your experience with these paperless technologies and communication tools:

Using Quickbooks (desktop) on a daily basis for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting is a critical requirement for this role. Describe your experience in using Quickbooks desktop for all of those aspects:
